For select smallwares and equipment, we will consider replacement requests within 12 months of the purchase date, provided the issue:

  • Is not caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Involves a defect or concern that aligns with our quality and performance standards after a detailed review.

Each request is carefully evaluated to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.  Please be advised that in the event you purchase products through an unauthorized reseller, the warranty is deemed as no longer in effect given the change in seller.
