Pricing listed on our website is the current wholesale price and all prices are subject to change without notice.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, online or offline, due to error, Restaurantware will resolve the discrepancy, at our discretion, on all orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

BLACK FRIDAY SALE

The Black Friday promotional offer (“Promotion”) is valid for a period of one (1) day only, unless otherwise expressly extended by Restaurantware, in its sole and absolute discretion with respect to select products. The Promotion is available solely to retail customers and is not applicable to customers receiving pre-existing discounts, contract pricing, or other preferential purchasing arrangements. The Promotion may not be combined with, or applied in conjunction with, any other discounts, promotions, offers, markdowns, or product-specific price reductions. The 20% discount applies only to eligible products as determined by Restaurantware. Restaurantware reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Additional exclusions may apply.

Tax Exempt Customers

Restaurantware is unable to adjust any sales tax charged on orders after they have been submitted.

If you are eligible to make tax-exempt purchases, please do not place an order that shows a tax amount in checkout.

Review & Approval Process

Review of forms may take up to 24 hours and additional documentation may be requested. You will be notified via e-mail once your tax-exempt request has been approved.

Please note that you must use the same account when placing your orders to be eligible for tax exemption.
