Contiguous United States
FedEx is the common carrier for all domestic shipments. Charges and shipping times are based on shipment type, package size and weight. Refer to the Ground Delivery Map for estimated delivery times on economy delivery shipment types. Expedited shipment types are available; listed in the checkout on the website.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
United States Postal Service "USPS" and FedEx are the common carrier for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, unless expedited services are required, in which case, UPS is the preferred carrier. Both USPS and UPS shipping methods are available to users in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Refer to the Delivery Map for estimated delivery times on economy shipping methods to these locations.
FedEx is the common carrier for all provinces in Canada. Charges and shipping times are based on the shipment type, package size and weight. Refer to the Ground Delivery Map for estimated delivery times on economy delivery methods. Expedited services are available and displayed on the website in the shipping part of the checkout process. Customers are responsible for any charges related to customs duties and taxes.
U.S. Territories and Freely Associated States
United States Postal Service "USPS" and FedEx are common carriers for international shipments, depending on location and delivery method. Both occasionally use affiliated logistics companies to fulfill the shipment. Restaurantware gladly accepts orders from all around the globe, within United States Law. Tracking a Shipment
Shipments can be tracked on the Restaurantware website, using the username and password that was provided in placing the order. Refer to emails sent by Restaurantware for the username associated with your account. Refer to the Password Reset Section to retrieve a new password via the email that we have on file for your account.

All edibles are very fragile products. Thus, some damage is unavoidable especially if you choose to ship the products via ground home delivery. For this reason, we understate the amount of product that comes into each box by 10%. If less than 10% of the product is damaged, then Restaurantware is not responsible. If more than 10% of the product is damage, then we will offer a credit based on the percentage of broken product.
