Idea Submission Policy
Thank you for sharing your idea with Restaurantware. So that we can consider it and, if it's a fit, bring it to market, you agree to the following when you submit:
- Ownership. You transfer to Restaurantware your rights in the idea and materials you submit, so we can develop, make, and sell products based on it and work with our manufacturers and partners to do so.
- No payment. We don't pay for submissions, and using your idea doesn't create any obligation to you or your company.
- Not confidential. Please share only what you're comfortable sharing. Submissions aren't treated as confidential.
- Similar ideas. We receive many suggestions and develop products of our own, so we may already be working on something similar to your idea.
- Your right to share. You confirm that the idea is yours to share and doesn't include your employer's or anyone else's confidential information. If you're submitting for your company, you confirm you're authorized to do so.
- Your information. We'll use your contact details to follow up about your idea, as described in our Privacy Policy.
