If you visit or shop at Restaurantware.com, you accept these conditions. Please read carefully.
Items in your order are sold by Restaurantware LLC, classified as a "Merchant", located in Chicago, IL. Items sold outside of the state of Illinois in the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees "Import Fees". The recipients of the shipment are responsible for such fees, and agree to responsibility of such fees upon placing an order. In the case of acting as an agent on behalf on another recipient, you agree to be responsible for such fees should dispute arise. Questions regarding Import Fees should be directed towards authorities responsible for Import Fees in the destination state and country.
Shipping. Title, Risk of loss or breakage transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the United States. View the shipping and returns section for more information regarding the transportation, exchange of ownership of product.
Orders. Any order that is placed is considered final, and likely to ship out as placed unless confirmed through Restaurantware Personnel. We will do whatever we reasonably can to change / update your order in order to accommodate your needs and provide the best possible service.
Purchase Orders. Orders that are made through Fax or through Email should include Purchase Order Numbers, and require a preapproved credit customer account. For more information about your existing account, or to setup a new account with Restaurantware, please contact support and ask about our Vendor Approval Application. Confirmation of Orders will be made through email containing an Order ID. Ordering questions should be directed to customer support representatives, via any of the contact methods.
