I actually bought these to use as dinner plates, but they are to small to be dinner plates. I didn't realize when I bought them that the plates are only 7 inches. Oh well, great plates and I will use them for smaller meals or side dishes.

Not exactly what I wanted

I looked at these plates and thought they would be perfect for my high end restaurant. They do work great on our dessert buffet station, but not so great on our appetizer station. Most of our appetizers have sauces and the plates tend to fold up just a little when the sauces are on them to long.

I couldn't ask for a better plate, these are both attractive and durable. They seem to hold up to any kind of food environment, I have used them indoors and outdoors and have never had one of them break.
