Yummy Doughnut Hole Breakfast Treat.

2 1/2 Cups all-purpose unbleached flour

2/3 Cups of sugar

4 teaspoons of baking powder

1 teaspoons of nutmeg

1 teaspoons of salt

2 eggs

1 Cup of milk

4 Tablespoons of butter (melted)

Vegetable oil

Using a stand mixer, place combine sugar, flour, nutmeg, salt and baking powder in the stand bowl, then add egg, milk and butter, gently mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Place vegetable oil in a large saucepan, heat oil up until it reaches 375 degrees F. (Make sure the oil stays this hot as you fry your doughnut holes). Once your oil is hot, take a scoop of dough and place it in the oil. Fry the doughnut on each side, this should be about 1-2 minutes per side. (You can place about 5-6 doughnuts in a large saucepan at the same time).

After doughnuts fry up, take them out of the pan and place on a paper towel lined plate so the oil drips off onto the paper towel. You can also place them onto a paper bag, as well.

Now, take a few doughnuts and serve them in one of the classiest serving trays in the world, which is a pinewood food boat. Hope you all enjoy this yummy Breakfast Dish.
