Yummy Crab Stuffed Mushroom Recipe
2 pounds of large sized mushrooms
12 Tablespoons of butter (unsalted)
6 green onions, minced
8 Tablespoons of red bell peppers, minced
8 ounce of crab meat 2 cups of bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of Creole seasoning
pinch of pepper
4 Tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese
Clean mushrooms, then pop stem out of them. Now, chop up the stems and set them to one side of you. Brush mushrooms with some melted butter, then place them in shallow baking dish. Make sure to spray the pan with a cooking spray before you put the mushroom in it.
In a skillet, melt some butter, then add green onions, mushroom stems, red pepper and seasonings to the skillet and cook until everything is tender. Now, scoop vegetable mixture into mushroom caps, then sprinkle each cap with cheese. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for about 20 minutes in the oven.
