This is a fantastic recipe to use in hotel breakfast areas, at catering events or just to enjoy in your home. Tasty Hot Spiced Tea Recipe (This recipe is for 50 servings)


2 teaspoons of whole cloves

2 cinnamon sticks

6 quarts of water

5 Tablespoons of black tea

The juice of 6 oranges

The juice of 6lemons

2 cups of sugar


Tie spices together in a cheesecloth or small bag that is fit to be in hot water, then add spice bag to water and bring your water to a boil on the stove.

Once water is heated, put tea in a cheesecloth or small bag into the water, then take water off heat. Cover pan and let tea and spices steep in water for about five minutes.

Take the tea and spices out of water, then add juices into the tea mixture and serve in lovely white mini cafe cups. Enjoy.
