Use This Cute Recipe At Your Next Kid’s Catering Celebration

Are you going to cater a kid’s party this summer? If so, try using this cute Fish Sandwich Recipe at the party because it is a dish that will win over the hearts of all the children. The fact is pleasing kids can be difficult, but you shouldn’t have any trouble at all making the children at your party happy little tots as long as you use this festive sandwich.

Fish Sandwich Recipe


  • 2 – 21 ounce packages of frozen crunchy breaded fish fillets—or cook up your own favorite fish recipe and use those fillets.
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup prepared ranch salad dressing
  • 4 Tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 24 slices of white bread
  • 12 slices of process American cheese
  • 12 lettuce leaves


Prepare fish fillets according to package directions. Meanwhile, in mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ranch dressing, relish and garlic powder. Spread this mixture over 12 slices of bread. Place two fish fillets on each slice of bread.

Top with cheese, lettuce and remaining bread. Using a 3-1/2 inch fish shaped cookie cutter, cut two fish shapes from each sandwich. Serve immediately.
