Yummy Venison Sausage:
Ingredients you will need:
2 Pounds of Ground Venison Sausage
16 ounces of Bacon, chopped or minced
2 teaspoons of sage
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons of onion salt
Mix together venison, bacon, sage, ginger, pepper and onion salt. Using your hands, make patties, it is best to use about 1/4 cup of the mixture to make each patty. Now, you can fry the patties in a frying pan on the stove, grill them or freeze them to use later at future catering events.
