Strawberry Bailey’s Kahlua Shots
In a conical beaker, pour ½ an ounce of grenadine to form the first layer. Using the back of a spoon pour 1 ounce of coffee liquor onto the grenadine to form a second layer. Use the back of the spoon again to pour 1 ounce of Irish cream on the top. Finish with a generous topping of whipped cream (if desired) and use an attractive bar pick to put a cherry on top.
Blueberry Vodka Fizz
Muddle ¼ cup of blueberries with a bar fork, then add to a conical beaker. Add ¼ cup of Blue Curacao, 2 shots blueberry flavored vodka, and 1 tablespoon of agave nectar. Add 1 cup of soda, stir again, and then add 1 cup of ice. Garnish with a handful of blueberries and serve with a spoon straw.
Stir together 1 jigger of tequila and ¾ cup of fresh squeezed orange juice. Fill a chilled beaker with ice cubes and pour in orange juice mixture. Slowly pour in ½ a jigger of grenadine and allow it to settle to the bottom of the glass.Garnish with a slice of orange.
New Year’s Day Bloody Mary
With a tall bar spoon, stir together ¼ cup of tomato juice, 1 ½ ounces of vodka, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, ¾ teaspoon of freshly grated horseradish, 3 dashes of hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Fill the glass with ice. Use another glass to pour back and forth about 3 times. Sprinkle the juice from one lemon wedge. Garnish with a stalk of celery and a cucumber slice.
