Delectable Cake Pops

Ingredients:

2 packages of your favorite cake mix (personally, I love chocolate, but you can use whatever kind you desire, just make sure you get a two-layer cake mix.)

2 cups of your favorite frosting

24 ounces of milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips (you can also use chopped peanuts or sprinkles)

68 lollipop sticks

Directions:

Mix up the cake mix accordingly to the directions on the box. Now, bake the cake mix just like it says on the box, then cool cake in pan. Now, put parchment paper on baking sheets and set aside.

Take cake out of pan after it has cooled and crumble it up into tiny pieces, then put the pieces in a large mixing bowl. Now, put frosting in with the cake pieces, then use a mixer and beat until cake pieces and frosting are well combined.

Now, scoop or spoon and place small mounds of the mixture onto the parchment covered baking sheet. Roll each mound into small balls, then place each ball back onto the baking sheet and freeze the balls for about thirty minutes.

Now, melt chocolate chips in a microwave until it is completely melted. (Note: when melting chocolate in microwave, do it by 10 second intervals and stir after each interval), then dip the end of a lollipop stick into the chocolate  Now, freeze the sticks for about thirty minutes. This step helps the balls stay onto the sticks.

Once balls are frozen, re-melt the chocolate chips and dip balls into the chocolate, then push a lollipop stick into each ball. You can now dip the balls into peanuts or sprinkles. Now, place two or three cake pops into a gorgeous Restaurantware Incline Shot glass.
