Yummy Teriyaki Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients you will need:

6 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

8 Garlic Cloves, Minced up small

8 Tablespoons of Fresh Ginger, Chopped

1 1/2 Cups of Red Capsicum

3 Cups Carrots, Sliced

30 Baby Corns

3 Cups of Cauliflower

4 Cups Zucchini, Sliced

1/2 Cups of Water

10 Cups of Cabbage, Chopped

8 Tablespoons of Teriyaki Sauce

Salt and Pepper for taste

Directions:

Using a large skillet, saute the olive oil, garlic cloves, ginger, red capsicum, carrots and baby corn. Add one, then the other until these six ingredients are in the pan. This should take about six minutes.

Now, add the water and cook for two minutes.

Add the cabbage to the mixture and cook until it is tender and soft. This will take about six to ten minutes.

Add the teriyaki sauce, then the salt and pepper. Stir all ingredients until everything is coated nicely, then cook for another one minute.
