Delicious Feta Bruschetta Recipe – this recipe is for 20 servings.

Ingredients you will need to make this recipe:

1/2 cup of melted butter

1/2 cup olive oil

20 slices of French bread, your slices should be about 1 inch thick

1 – 8 ounce package of crumbled Feta cheese

6 garlic cloves, minced

2 Tablespoons of fresh basil, minced

2 large tomatoes, chopped


Heat Oven to 350 degrees.

Put butter and olive oil in a mixing bowl, stir until these ingredients are well combined, brush on both sides of your bread slices. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and bake until lightly brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.

Take bread out of oven.

Now, in another bowl, put feta cheese, garlic and basil leaves. Mix well.

Put a scoop of the cheese mixture on top of each slice of bread/toast. Put bread back in oven and bake for another 8 to 10 minutes, until all the ingredients are warm completely.

Take bread out of oven.
