Spicy Sauteed Shrimp Recipe – Ideal Anytime Appetizer


6 pounds of large shrimp (This is about 75 pieces of shrimp) – (leave tail and first segment of shell intake).

30 large cloves of thinly sliced garlic cloves

3/4 teaspoons of dried hot pepper flakes

1 1/2 teaspoons of fine sea salt

1 cup of extra virgin olive oil

3 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice


In a heavy skillet, over medium heat, cook garlic, sea salt and hot pepper flakes in oil, until garlic is a slightly pale gold in color (this usually takes about four to five minutes). Now, add shrimp and saute until they are a cooked through (this usually takes about three to four minutes per side). Once shrimp is cooked, stir in the lemon juice and serve on charming and durable medium leaf plates. Your guests are sure to love the quality of these plates and the tasty goodness of these shrimp.
