Quick and Delicious Lemon Velvet Cake

Ingredients:

2 Lemon Velvet Cake Mixes

2 Boxes of Lemon Jello

 

1 1/2 Cups of Hot Water

1 1/2 Cups of Oil

8 Eggs

Directions:

Heat Oven to 350 degrees.

Using a mixer, stir together hot water and jello mix, Make sure to stir until jell-o is completely dissolved, then add oil. Now, stir in one egg at a time, add cake mix and mix all ingredients together. (It is recommended that you beat the mixture for about five minutes).

Now, grease a 9 x 12 inch cake pan, then pour the mixture into your pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes. You can test the cake to see if it is done by using a skewer or toothpick, just gently poke the skewer into the cake and if it comes out clean than your cake is done.

Now, you can either make a glaze and pour over the top of this delicious cake, frost it with a delicious lemon frosting or garnish it with berries.
