Profiterole shells (you can purchase high quality tasty profiterole shells from Restaurantware at an affordable price)
3 cups of heavy cream
3/4 cup of confectioner’s sugar
Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form, then using whisk to blend confectioner’s sugar into the heavy cream. Make sure sugar and cream get thoroughly combined. You can also add a little bit of vanilla if you want a little vanilla flavor in your profiterole cream.
Now, cut your profiteroles in half and spread cream on one half, then put the two halves back together. Serve on gorgeous black mini coquille plates.
