Mouth Watering Profiterole Recipe

Ingredients:

Restaurantware’s Profiterole Shells

2 cups of heavy whipping cream

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

2 Tablespoons of powdered sugar

Directions:

Whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form, then slowly add in sugar and vanilla and gently whip until peaks form. Note: be careful not to over-whip your whipping cream or lumps will form.

Put cream in a pastry bag, then gently fill up profiterole shells. Serve on lovely white mini rotundo plates.
