apples, cut into small wedges
bananas, cut into small rounds
honeydew, cut into small wedges
Make sure all your fruit is cut as evenly as possible, then take an apple piece and put it on a cool bamboo knotted skewers, then put a piece of banana on the skewer, then a piece of honeydew. Continue doing this until all the fruit is on the skewers.
Now, make this yummy dipping sauce.
Yummy Strawberry Dipping Sauce
Ingredients you will need:
2 cups strawberries, hulled out
4 cups of plain Greek yogurt
Some strawberries cut into small chunks for garnishing
Honey to taste
Put strawberries into a food processor, pulse until they are finely chopped, add yogurt, mix yogurt and berries together. Try not to over mix them, you still want small chunks of strawberries in to appear in the yogurt and you don’t want the mixture to be runny. Now, put this mixture in a bowl and add the honey, then stir everything up. Taste, if you think it isn’t sweet enough, add more honey. Now, Cover mixture and place in fridge until you’re ready to serve it.
When you are ready to serve your mini kabobs, place the skewered kabobs on a pretty bamboo disposable and put the dip in a lovely bamboo bowl. Now, feature as an appetizer or dessert at your party.
