Tasty Smoked Salmon Bruschetta Recipe
Fresh Tomatoes (About three or four will do)(slice thinly)
Smoked Salmon (thinly cut)
One or Two Baguettes (sliced, you will need about 24 slices)
Chives (finely chopped)
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly butter one side of each baguette slice, then place it butter side down on a baking sheet. Now, bake the baguette slices for about 5-7 minutes.
Once baguettes are cooked, let them cool slightly, then top each baguette slice with a piece of tomato, a piece of salmon and a couple chives.
Now, place a one of these smoked salmon baguette on top of a modern day black mini Terzetto plate and serve.
Note: once your baguettes slices are toasted than you can also top each one with some cream cheese before adding the other ingredients.
