Tasty Sushi Roll Recipe
8 cups of cooked brown rice (you can also use sushi rice)
2 Tablespoons of maple syrup
2 Tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
2 cups of shredded carrots
2 cups of finely chopped beets
2 small cucumber, grated
3 cups of any type of broccoli or sprouts
6 avocados sliced in thinly
6 green onions, finely chopped
16 sushi sheets
Mix rice, vinegar and maple syrup together, put in fridge to chill. Once rice has chilled, place a scoop of it in the middle of a sushi roll, then place a little of each vegetable in the middle of your rice pile.
