10 ounces of chopped chocolate

1 cup of heavy cream


Put your chopped chocolate in a bowl that is heatproof, then microwave your heavy cream until it is scalding hot. At this point, stir the mixture until it turns into a smooth chocolate substance, then use it to fill up your tartlet shells. Orange Marmalade Filling


4 cups of orange marmalade or jam of your choosing

Powdered sugar
