Divine Chocolate and Berry Gelatin Recipe – Perfect Served In Heart Foil Pans | #FASHIONFORFOOD

Divine Chocolate and Raspberry Gelatin Recipe in Lovely Heart Foil Pans

Ingredients you will need for recipe:

6 1/2 cups of raspberries

2 Cups of Sugar

12 teaspoons of unflavored gelatin powder, this is about three 1/4 ounce packages

Cooking spray

1 1/3 cups of half and half

4 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate, chopped fine

Mixed berries for topping

Directions:

Puree the berries, 1 1/4 cups of sugar and 1/3 cup of water in a blender. Put the rest of your raspberries in a small pan on the stove, then  10 teaspoons of gelatin powder sprinkle with  1cup of water in another bowl, let this mixture stand for about 1 minute.

Now, put all your raspberry mixtures in the bowl of gelatin powder, spray your heart foil pans with cooking spray, then pour the raspberry gelatin into each pan. Put them in the fridge for about 45 minutes, until they are firm. The gelatin should be just a little tacky.

While you wait, bring the half and half, and the rest of the sugar to a boil in a pan on the stove, stirring until sugar dissolves. Now, add the chocolate and cook until it is melted and mixture is smooth. Put remaining gelatin in 1/2 cup of water in another bowl, let stand for 1 minute.

Pour in the chocolate mixture and stir until gelatin dissolves, pour the chocolate mixture on top of the raspberry gelatin that you have in your foil pans. Top with your favorite berry mix and serve. Enjoy.
