Here is a delicious quiche recipe served on a fine medium bamboo plate. This quiche is great for breakfast menus, catering brunches and a variety of other food functions. Hope you enjoy serving this tasty treat on modern day bamboo plates.
: 4 cups milk
1 1/2 cups of biscuit mix
1/2 cup of softened butter
2 cups parmesan cheese (grated)
2 packages of broccoli (10-ounce bags), thawed and drained
2 cups of cooked ham (cut into cubes)
16 ounces of cheddar cheese (shredded)
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease a 10 inch quiche baking dish, remember not to over grease pan.
Using a large bowl, mix together milk, baking mix, eggs, parmesan cheese and eggs. At this point, the batter will be lumpy, but don’t worry it is supposed to be. Now, add ham, cheddar cheese and broccoli, mix until ingredients are well combined, then put batter into the quiche pan.
Bake for 50 minutes, until quiche is golden brown and eggs are set. Let cool, slice, then place a slice on a durable medium bamboo plate and serve. Enjoy.
