Delicious No Bake Chocolate Cookie Pops – This recipe makes approximately 28 pops.

Ingredients:

36 chocolate sandwich cookies, with creme in the center of the them.

8 ounces of cream cheese

3 cups of milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil chocolate sprinkles

Directions:

Put cookies in a food processor bowl, then pulse them until they are roughly chopped. Now, add cream cheese and pulse until cookies and cream cheese are well combined. Make sure that all your cookies are chopped nicely and you don’t have any big cookie pieces.

Put parchment paper on a baking sheet, then use your hands and form 1 inch balls out of your cookie mixture. Now, place a lollipop stick into one end of each ball, then place sticks on parchment covered baking sheet. Now, put pans into a freezer for about thirty minutes.

Now, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips in microwave at ten second intervals, remember to stir chocolate after each interval. After the cookie balls that you put on the sticks have frozen and your chocolate chips have melted, dip the balls into your melted chocolate chips. Now, dip them into your chocolate sprinkles. Place back on baking sheets and place in refrigerator for about one hour.
