Ingredients you will need:
4 Tablespoons of cornstarch
2 cups of milk
2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
6 large eggs
2 cups of granulated sugar
4 Tablespoons of melted unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon of lemon extract
Put oven rack in the middle of your oven, heat oven to 375 degrees F. Get your gold quadro foil pans lined up on a pan or counter top.
Dissolve the cornstarch into 1/2 cup of milk.
Using a food processor, shred coconut flakes into small bits, about 30 seconds.
Using a mixing bowl, stir together sugar and eggs, a wooden spoon works best for this task. Now, add the cornstarch mixture, rest of milk, coconut, lemon extract and melted unsalted butter. Make sure to stir well after you add each ingredient.
