Soothing Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

4 cups of heavy whipping cream

2 cans (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

Use an electric mixer and beat the whipping cream until you form small soft peaks (be careful you don’t over mix it), then add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, gently combine all ingredients together.

Now, put ingredients into a plastic container and place in a freezer for at least four hours. The ice cream is better the longer it gets to stay in the freezer. Once it is frozen, serve in a durable bamboo bowl and top with the yummy chocolate topping recipe that you will find below.
