The Holidays are here. If you haven’t completed your Holiday menu, here is a delicious chocolate cake recipe that will fit perfectly in any Holiday dinner or party setting. Delicious Easy Chocolate Cake
4 cups of white sugar
3.5 cups of all purpose flour
2 cups of milk
1 1/2 cups of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup of vegetable oil
3 teaspoons of baking powder
4 teaspoons of vanilla extract
2 cups of boiling water
3 teaspoons of baking soda
2 teaspoons of salt
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray four nine inch round cake pans with cooking spray.
Using a large mixing bowl, stir together cocoa, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Once these ingredients are thoroughly combined, add in milk, eggs, vanilla extract and oil. Using a mixer, mix all ingredients for about two minutes. Now, add boiling water and stir everything together. The batter will be thin, pour it into cake pans.
Bake cakes for about 30 to 35 minutes. Stick a toothpick in the center of the cake, if the toothpick comes out clean, then your cake is done. Once cakes bake, put them on a cooking rack.
After cakes cool, frost with your favorite chocolate frosting or glaze, slice and serve on beautiful seagreen mini triangolo plates.
