Cold Pressed Juices for Weight Loss

Offering your guests delicious, healthy cold pressed juices in addition to your regular menu is a great way to keep your customers coming back even in the midst of changing diet trends. Provide samples to your guests as they walk in and as they are leaving, ask if anyone would like a juice to-go.

  1. Slimming Plum Apple (3 plums, ½ apple, 1 cucumber, and ⅛ lemon) Remove plum pits, lemon peel and seeds before adding ingredients to the juicer.
  2. Spicy Carrot Immune-Boost (6 carrots, 1 clove of garlic, 1 inch piece of ginger, ¼ lemon) Peel all ingredients and de-seed lemon. Add garlic and ginger to juicer first.
  3. Lean Green Machine (3 large handfuls of spinach, 2 large kale leaves, 2 sprigs of mint, 1 cucumber, 1 apple) Remove kale stocks, core apple. Add spinach and kale first.
  4. Pear Grape Perfection (1 pear, 3 cups of grapes, ½ cucumber) Remove the grapes from the stems and place everything into the juicer at the same time.
