Everyone loves chocolate, right? Caterers love porcelain tableware? So, why not put these two popular products together and make this tasty chocolate dessert? It is a fun recipe to make, plus, it looks elegant and is sure to please all your party and catering guests.

Tasty Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients you will need:

4 cups of whole milk (you can also use half and half)

1 cup granulated sugar

4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, make sure you finely chop it.

couple pinches of salt

6 Tablespoons of cornstarch

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

Put all the milk, but 1/4 cup in a medium saucepan, then add the sugar, chocolate and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally until chocolate melts.

In a bowl, stir the reminder of the milk (1/4 cup) and the cornstarch together – stir until no lumps remain in the mixture.

Pour cornstarch mixture into the chocolate mixture and whisk these ingredients until smooth consistency. Continue cooking, stirring the mixture frequently, Once mixture thickens, turn the heat to low, continue cooking and whisking for another minute, then take the mixture off the heat and add in the vanilla. Pour mixture into pretty Quadrato Porcelain Cups, then press plastic wrap over each cup so the pudding doesn’t develop a skin over it. Put cups in fridge for about four hours and serve. You can the pudding cups with shaved chocolate to create a more elegant dessert treat.
