This delicious bread pudding recipe is perfect for Restaurants and Catering Events, it is easy to make and tastes scrumptious. This bread pudding is one of my favorite desserts, I just love seeing it sitting on a buffet table in a porcelain mini cocotte by Restaurantware. Everybody I know loves the look of these dishes and enjoys the yummy taste of this pudding.

Bread Pudding Recipe – Perfect for restaurants, catering events and home parties.

3 Cups of buttered bread cubes (works best if you use day old bread)

4 eggs

2 Cups of Milk

1/2 Cup of Sugar

1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg a little dash of salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Put bread into baking pans, then in a mixing bowl combine all the other ingredients (the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt), Now, beat these ingredients for a few minutes.

Pour mixture over the bread and bake at 350 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. You can stick a skewer or toothpick into the center of the bread pudding and if it comes out clean than the pudding is done. Once bread pudding is finished baking, let it cool slightly, then gently scoop it into gorgeous porcelain mini Cocotte dishes. Enjoy!
