Ingredients you will need:
2 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
2 small red onions, chopped
2 cups of long grain rice
2 teaspoons of black pepper
4 cups of chicken broth
Heat up vegetable oil over medium heat, put onions in oil, cook until almost soft and tender. Now, stir rice in with onions until rice is lightly brown and onions are tender, then season with your black pepper and pour in chicken broth.
