Refreshing Tomato Mousse Appetizer
4 1/4 cups of Ripe Tomatoes
8 pieces of Gelatine
salt and pepper
6 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves
6 Basil Leaves
4 Tablespoons of Whipping Cream

Soften the gelatine in cold water, then clean tomatoes by washing them in cool water. Now, cut tomatoes in half and marinate them in water for 1 hour.
