3 cups of fruit juice (you can also use vegetable juice)
8 Tablespoons of plain gelatin
4-6 Tablespoons of raw honey

Put juice in a saucepan, then add gelatin, whisk these two ingredients together, once you have these ingredients combined, place pan on a medium heat on stove top.
