I know that extracts are usually used in desserts, but I am not much of a baker so when my mom gave this almond extract to me I was contemplating on how to use it. Well, I decided to put it into some of the sauces that I make in my restaurant. I am glad I did because the natural flavor of this extract added a little something special to my sauces. I will certainly continue using this flavorful almond extract.
